TERMS & CONDITIONS

A. ORDERED ITEM/S

-Fill up the form ONLY when you are a 100% sure buyer.

-Kindly fill out the form completely. Make sure to provide correct information.

-All communication/confirmation of orders will be VIA EMAIL. Please make sure to provide an ACTIVE EMAIL.

B. PAYMENT

-50% downpayment is required after receipt of invoice for FIRST TIME BUYERS. Otherwise, please follow DP and DOP date.

-You will be receiving a confirmation email with our payment request form. Make sure to fill out the form and attach a clear copy of your proof of payment.

-Our current MOPs are: Gcash and BDO -Payment validation is usually within 3-5 business days.

-Remaining balance should be paid within the DOP. DOP will be indicated in our post. Otherwise, a late payment fee of Php 50 DAILY will be applied.

-Moonjinnie PH has the right to cancel your order/s if not paid on time. No refund will be made.

C. CANCELLATION OF ORDER/S -STRICTLY NO CANCELLATION OF ORDERS. Please be a responsible buyer.

-Once the form is submitted, the item is considered sold.

-Strictly NO CANCELLATION of orders. By consenting to our Terms and Conditions, you are recognizing the potential for us to publicly disclose your information in the event that you engage in deceptive practices as a joy reserver or bogus buyer.

-We will not tolerate bogus buyers. Again, please be responsible. Otherwise, you will be reported and posted on all our social media accounts.

E. (KOREA) SHIPPING 

-ETA will be around 5-6 weeks upon ship out of our box/es from our Korean address.

-Shipping can be subject to changes and delays especially during pandemic. Please refrain from being rude and impatient as most of the time, we do not have control on the shipment time.

-We will be posting a mass update on our Social Media accounts. Kindly check them from time to time.

F. DATA PRIVACY

All the information provided from the form, including our banking details shall be kept confidential.

G. (PHILIPPINES) SHIPPING/DELIVERY

-Orders will be shipped via J&T Express (no insurance or with insurance option) and Same Day Delivery (Grab/Lalamove/etc.)

-The shipping lineup form will be emailed to you. Kindly complete the form to enable us to proceed with shipping your item. Shipping will not be initiated without the submitted form.

-Typically, items are dispatched within 3-5 days. However, during peak seasons or when multiple boxes reach our Philippine address, shipment may take up to 5-7 business days.

-STRICTLY NO RETURN AND NO EXCHANGE OF ORDERS. Moonjinnie PH is not responsible for manufacturing the items available for purchase. We do not have control over factory defects in sealed items, including issues such as the absence of photocards, missing inclusions, or defective items. Regrettably, we are unable to process refunds or exchanges for such occurrences.

-Moonjinnie PH assumes no liability for any LOSSES or DAMAGES incurred due to natural disasters or courier-related issues during the parcel's transit. However, our commitment involves providing assistance to the buyer and promptly reporting any loss or damages to the courier in question.

-Should we dispatch an incorrect product, Moonjinnie PH will promptly replace the item(s) with the correct one, covering all associated shipping costs. To facilitate the refund or replacement process, we kindly request a comprehensive unboxing video, commencing from the sealed parcel. NO UNBOXING VIDEO, NO REFUND/REPLACEMENT.

H. ORDER DISPOSAL

Packages may be retained at Moonjinnie PH's Philippine address for a maximum period of ONE MONTH. It is imperative to complete the checkout process within this specified timeframe. Failure to do so will result in orders being stored in boxes, making it challenging to locate your items.

In the event that a buyer has unclaimed item(s) for a duration of 3 months, Moonjinnie PH reserves the right to forfeit the item without issuing any refund.
